Refunds

  • we accept refunds only if the items are noticeably damaged
  • contact us 1-3 days upon arrival of the order to receive a refund 
  • please show proof of the issue(s)
  • for wholesale orders, we do provide an option for credit - to use for your next order 
  • we are not responsible if the item is lost or unrecoverable by the shipping option - please contact us and we will try to find a solution. 

Returns

  • we accept returns only if the items are noticeably damaged
  • the client will be responsible for the return shipping fees 
  • once the item(s) arrive, we will send you a refund 
  • we don't do exchanges
