Making an Order

  • Ordering your dream rug is easy! Simply browse our collection, select your preferred design, size, and any customization options. Add it to your cart and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to fill in your shipping details, and voilà – you've successfully placed your order!

  • Yes. After placing an order, you have 24 hours to make changes to your order or cancel and get your money back.

    Because every piece is made by hand just for you, orders not canceled after this time cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email confirmation with all the details. As your rug is handwoven to perfection, please allow 12-16 weeks for delivery.

    You can track your order using the provided tracking number in your confirmation email. For further assistance or updates, our customer support team is here to help!

Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer Free Shipping with FedEx. As each rug is handwoven to order within 8-12 weeks with meticulous care in Marrakech, Morocco, once the order is made please anticipate fast delivery of 3 to 7 working days.

    We appreciate your patience as we ensure your rug is crafted to perfection and delivered with utmost care.

  • Yes, we provide free worldwide shipping with FedEx! Whether you're across the street or on the other side of the globe, we deliver to your doorstep.

    Please note that shipping times may vary, and customs duties, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Once your rug is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with a FedEx tracking number. Use this number to monitor your rug's journey to you. For any additional queries about shipping or delivery, our customer support team is ready to assist you. Your satisfaction is our priority!

Returns

  • We do not accept returns. All sales are final. Please review product details or contact our team before making a purchase so we can assist you.

  • Unfortunately, we do not make exceptions to our no-return policy. Each rug is crafted to order, and all sales are considered final.
